Sea Foam, Breaker Bay

Breaker Bay is over a small hill from Kaiteriteri - about 10 minutes walk. In the early morning the sea is flat and calm as shown in this image. But by afternoon, when the breeze has come up, the bay presents a very different picture with breakers and fun waves to jump about in. I spent a few hours on the beach there this afternoon reading my kindle and also taking a long swim. The water was lovely once I got used to the initial shock of cold!
