Caledonian Railway graffiti-art

Whilst out on our daily walk this afternoon we spotted this bit of local graffiti-art, which has appeared on the underside of one of the bridges, along the old Caledonian Railway track ...

... the significance of 'doon yer tea', in this visual-context, is sadly somewhat lost on me! I fear it may have some meaning beyond the literal Scots translation :-(
