This morning I felt rather stressed and frustrated that TNT had obviously not been instructed to collect my parcel. This increased when, not having had a reply to my email to Plumbnation, I decided to phone them and was told to wait for a reply from their Returns Department... er haven’t we been here before? Within 5 minutes they emailed asking for the tracking information, which I’d already given them!
And breathe....
The garage workmen arrived earlier than expected anyway, and it’s looking good :-)
Another good thing is that I've received a full refund of my redirection fees from Royal Mail.
