I've just lost all my post and am not typing it all again. The Openreach engineer and the builder both working on the same wall this morning. Yay!  See here for a bit of backstory.

Perhaps I should type my posts in Word, which saves very frequently, and then copy and paste... but too late this time.

Later I received the jigsaw that I ordered in March, cancelled in June and have got my money back on.
