I love the shadows on the bottom fence just before the sun world moves round.

It's Thursday so it's been my day in the charity shop, and of course I bought a few things. £6 for a Buckaroo in excellent condition, a lightweight polyester padded jacket and a wastebin. I'm very fortunate. 

5:2 fast day went well with no hunger at all... until I got home and began cooking and eating. Sometimes I think I should try not eating even the 500 calories I'm allowed.
