The day vanished

but 
- the gutter that was on the shed is relocated so it will catch the rain from the house roof - which used to flow over the leaky shed roof, hence the waterfalls
- 8kg of mainly rust (approx - I didn't actually weigh it but it was pretty heavy on my back) is at the Metal Salvage Company, not on the kitchen floor (edit - on reassessment, it must have been at least 15kg).
- the washing line is up, even if it won't be usable until the pole which the line-end is attached to gets attached to something else
- I did, just, get round to taking a picture after dark.
