That explains it

Berry has had a poorly tummy the past couple of days; well, since Sunday when she had a wild moment or ten in the garden. I thought she had calmed down remarkably well after all that but it turns out it wasn't my diligent dog training at all but that she must have eaten green apples that disagreed with her insides ... I found this evidence on the (rather dirty) kitchen floor. Poor thing - but serves her right. Shame they just don't get the 'consequences' concept!!

LH is off to golf with his new set of irons. I do hope he has a good time and we get a happy chappy later.

Yesterday, LH caught the mole that has been making shallow tunnels in our lawn. He saw the earth move, plunged his hand down and literally grabbed it. Unfortunately it grabbed him back with its tiny, sharp teeth but LH manfully hung on and took it 50 yds into the next door field.

It's back ...!!!
