Ruddy Darter

Today’s picture is of a Ruddy Darter, which just happened to land on a leaf close to where I was standing while trying to take pictures of butterflies. An app on my phone identifies this, so if it is wrong, please let me know.
 
Another average day doing similar things to the last 150 or so days in quarantine. This evening I am attending a Zoom quiz. This is not something I would normally do if it meant going to the pub, but at my desk at home it is acceptable. I will let you know tomorrow whether I was in last place or not!
 
The temperature was twenty-one degrees Celsius at GMT noon. Overcast at times, but lots of sunshine.
