75 kilometres from Koshien to Himeji in exactly eleven hours. I left home at 04:15 and arrived at Himeji Castle at 15:15. With brief stops at Sannomiya, Suma Beach, Maiko Koen and Kakogawa for food. Apart from some slight chafing, I feel good. The sento after the run really hit the spot. So pleased that I have finally done this.
