Nourish

I went out for lunch today. It was the first time since 14 March.

The place - one of my local regulars - felt safe and welcoming. The food was just as it was 4+ months ago. They were pleased to see me. It was mutual. 

It was just so good to have that little bit of normal life back. 

The morning was good too. I woke too late to get to the park for exercise before the rest of the world woke up, so I was brave and went at 10am. It was busy but I survived.
