This is the wonderful Courtyard Dairy, on the A65 near Settle.  They are a specialist cheese refiner and purveyor and sell traditional farm-made cheese produced from raw milk.  My favourite is the Sparkenhoe Blue which is like a mild blue stilton and is only made at times of the year when the cows are out on fresh pasture.
