Crescent moon

Up and out early this morning. Greeted by a clear view of the crescent moon higher in the sky than the dark cloud mass in the east. Below the clouds there were gaps above the horizon through which the pre-sunrise light was showing. The street lights and other lights of the city in the morning, added to the view.

Crossed the road (carefully, having looked both ways more than once!) and down a side street to where I could get this picture. This is one that needs to be looked at large.
