Swanning around

Slept like a log......binmen gave us an alarm call at 8.30, ehich was just as well!

I popped to see sis, we popped to one of themlarger chinese supermarkets, all very orderly and everyone masked up properly.

Back to a local cafe for a bite of lunch, we sat by the door, again all very orderly.

Sainsburys for our fruit n veg before going back tomdis's house. We sat in her garden with a cuppa, warmed up nicely today....hot tomorrow by the sounds of things.

Drove home, roads were busy....stopped off to,pick up,hubs brandy from Lidl. Hub had gone to see daughter ths afternoon and was having his tea with her.....I got home, pit themshopping away, changed into,shorts & a vest then sat in the garden for an hour reading my book.

I made myself a chowmein for tea, really tasty, with beansprouts, onions & peppers.

Then I popped out to Pennington Flash in thenhope of a ni e sunset but it wasnt really sunny enough, nor wuite dark enough....but I do like this shot with the soft peachy glow as the sun was starting to go down.

Then it was off to daughters for a little while. Stayed for half an hour before we came home.

Just heard the news about parts of the North having new restrictions imposed :-( This is all down to a small minority of selfish people who have not been taking proper recommended precautions sadly, will they ever learn?!!
