2058. Animal Crossing Update....

We downloaded the update for our game yesterday and one of the new things you can do is to go to sleep and “dream” visit other islands....it’s quite fun and I went to see a couple of the family ones and it’s always interesting to see what they’ve done to their islands.....

I met my neighbour for lunch today and we went to a restaurant near to where we live which was quite nice and plenty of room but no details taken and staff didn’t wear masks at all...I’m confused about mask wearing inside now...are details only taken if they can’t do 2m social distancing?  Still it was another little bit of normality after months of not doing anything remotely normal!

Saw my youngest this morning and he was talking enthusiastically about restarting his studies with the OU and even went as far as suggesting starting a proper wall planner to map it all out...good to hear....

Back home now with our patio doors wide open enjoying the sunshine and heat....
