Stripey

The weather was a bit more comfortable today, we complain when it's too cold, we complain when it's too hot, us Brits just like it mediocre!

After lunch we went into Stratford. We had a look at the RSC Dell site, very nicely done with individual, socially distanced painted hearts on the grass for social groups to sit within.

From there we crossed Lucy's Bridge and walked via the river and wild flowers' meadow to the fairground where we sat on a log by the mini golf to watch the rides and the people enjoying themselves on the grass. All on the grass obeying social distance rules, not so sure about the kids on the fair rides.

The main picture was actually taken in our front garden. I saw this striped caterpillar as I was taking the recycling out this morning. I thought he was worth five minutes of fame on blip.  There were actually two caterpillars but by the time I'd retrieved my camera from the front room his partner had shied away behind the leaves, you can just see the stripey edge.
