Life through the lens...

The window cleaner cometh.

Fortunately I was in this morning when the window cleaner arrived, so could move the window box from the kitchen windowsill.
Put it on the garden table, and it looked so lovely decided it would be my Blip today.
I am delighted with the trailing begonias, and the delicate colour.
Part of a delivery from our local garden nursery at the beginning of lockdown .

Lovely warm summer’s day.
Washing all dried and ironed.

Mr C. having trouble with a tooth. Part of a filling has broken off, leaving a very sharp point.
No tooth ache, but it is rubbing against his tongue which is now very sore. Difficulty eating and talking.
Have phoned the dentist, but don’t know when they will get round to seeing him.
As advised, tried a Boots temp. filling kit, but no good as it isn’t a hole that needs filling.
So far best thing to ease it has been to rinse his mouth with salt and water.
Just hope it doesn’t get any worse.

Had the car cleaned for the first time since February.
As it is bright red it doesn’t seem to show the dirt. However after a very thorough hand wash and polish by our usual team it is now shining.
Hope it doesn’t rain now and spoil it.
