Air Brakes Out

We've been up to the Gliding Club today as it's Members' Week.  It should have been Task Week but due to Corvid restrictions the gliders aren't allowed to go cross country at the moment in case they land out and have to be retrieved.  It was very nice to see a few old friends flying locally and this landing was particularly interesting as on take off the pilot had a forced cable break and had to make the best of a quick and safe  low landing, which he did,  so he'll have another tick in his log book to say that he executed the cable break perfectly or adequately, whatever the Instructor cares to write!.  All looked pretty hairy to me.

Extra:  Naughty ponies getting through a fence somewhere and straying onto the gliding field.
