Heron on the hunt

Afternoon out at Lough Neagh (which touches 5 of Northern Ireland's 6 counties). We were in the Armagh part.
We were with a friend who couldn't walk far, as she's recovering from a recent fall and some damage to her back. But we did get as far as a quiet bird hide, and watched this heron gracefully checking out the food options in the reeds.
