Tiny Tuesday . . . Catkins

I have been noticing a fine dusting of pollen on the windscreen and today I found one source.  By looking at Google images I think this blip is of the male catkins on a Hazel Tree.  There are many types of Hazel and I don't know which one this is.  The female flowers are small with red filaments and one is showing in front of the old seed.  I had thought of picking a catkin and taking it home to get a close up but I liked seeing the whole scene.  I did use the macro lens and got more detail than I did the day before using my usual lens.
