Ludlow

It was a bit of a dull start to the day so we had a lazy morning and then headed into Ludlow for lunch. It was our first meal out since March but was fine and the pub we chose looked to have taken all the correct precautions - track and tracing forms, plenty of cleaning, sanitiser and good spacing between tables. It was quite a good deal, made all the sweeter by a 50% reduction from the governments “Eat out scheme”.  In the afternoon we had a wander around the town and a little walk by the river looking for birds. Not so many about - a fleeting glimpse of a dipper and then a couple of grey wagtails were seen, all too distant for a decent shot. So here is a view from the bridge towards Ludlow castle.
We spent the evening playing board games.
