Signs that autumn is coming

It felt like autumn this morning. It was chilly when I went for a walk,  and I saw leaves and sword ferns starting to change colour and some leaves that have already fallen. This dead tree caught my eye, and I thought it had interesting shapes. 
I meant to mention yesterday that it was Krista and Dan's 1st anniversary! Where did that year go? So thankful that they got married last year and had the celebration that involved so much planning. Best wedding ever!  Last year on August 10: The Bride to Be  
The families had a bbq last Saturday to celebrate the anniversary. We didn't go over to the mainland for it because we're still hesitant to travel. By all accounts, it was a lot of fun!
