Antirrhinum multiflorum

A species native to California which is well adapted to thre prevailing hot, dry conditions.  A seedling from last year it's made nice plant about two feet tall.  The flowers are very much smaller than the common snapdragon, produced in sequence up a long inflorescence.

Another hot day working outside.  A very full van left early afternoon and I hope to see it's contents again on Monday in Wales :-)
