Rainbow

No rainbows here today, just thunderstorms and cloud bursts.  I thought I wasn't going to be able to get home from Waitrose this morning - the roads in the village at the bottom of the hill were like raging mountain streams.

This beautiful rainbow dish was made by Julie Langan Glass, a Lancashire based glass artist.  She made a whole series of them to raise £10,000 for The Brick, a local charity that supports homeless people, which is even more important in these Covid-19 times.  My brother JodB,  a new blipper :-), first took me to her gallery many years ago, and now it's an essential visit each time I go to Lancashire.  We both have a few of her wonderful pieces.
