Fuchsia

A keen gardener in the village sells rooted fuchsia cuttings in the Spring.  It's pot luck what the fuchsia will look like but I am very pleased with this one in the sunshine this morning.

We got drenched to the skin this afternoon.  It was sunny when we went out for a walk but within 10 minutes we had, not a shower, but a complete cloudburst.  We pressed ourselves into the trunk of the nearest big tree but it couldn't keep the rain out.  All our clothes are now in the washing machine.
