Tooting Broadway

I once again took advantage of being in London to track down some of Charles Holden's Modernist tube stations, this time the Morden extension of the Northern Line from 1926.  All 8 stations have similar architecture with pale Portland stone facades and columns, double height ticket halls, and wonderful roundel glass windows.  Tooting Broadway wins the prize for the best flower stall.
