Late setting off today, lots of e-paperwork to do to set up yoga classes for September. So good to see our friend, Akemi, from Japan, today. We did a short walk above Leysin (extra). 

Late blipping tonight as poor Rosemary,  who some of you may remember, our 93 year old friend, has had a fall and she phoned us. She was in extreme pain in her back so I called the ambulance. She is now in hospital.

Miraculously, Preston seems fine after his 5 metre fall yesterday, thank you for your concern.
