" Hanging on the telephone"

Tiny Tuesday. Macro not that mysterious but apt for our day. 
Woken at 1am by Fletch. His ear was bothering him. Applied drops etc and.let him out in to the garden to cool down . Finally got back to sleep about 2 am.

Woken at 5 by M his  ear was bothering him.  He was up at 8 to phone the drs. Told last week that you can't book an appointment in advance " only on the day" he got through only to be told that you can't make an appointment untill you've been triaged. He then spent the rest of the morning waiting for a call, which finally came at 1:30. The earliest appointment he can have is Friday. 

A long day ..very wet and windy although it did ease off about 1 so Fletch and I almost had a dry walk but the rain rolled in when we were at the farthest point from home.

Definitely a 'stay in and do a jigsaw day' , while listening to an audio book courtesy of Cumbria Library.
