Day 156 A working Princess

Today's subject matter is exactly the same as yesterday, due to time constraints, albeit in a different guise!  The promised Storm Francis arrived bringing high winds to us, if not so much in the way of rain so we occupied ourselves indoors for the morning.  This afternoon it brightened quite a bit so we decided to visit the local shopping park.  Last week Violet's mummy acquired a rabbit for Violet to help care for so our first port of call was Pets at Home, to buy some treats and toys for Princess Penny ( yes, really!).  There were no queues anywhere so we decided to pop into TK Maxx, from which I have never left empty handed.  Today was no exception and amongst our buys was this stunning princess dress up outfit.  Violet was a very practical princess and having given us a few twirls for photos decided that she needed to 'cook dinner'.  Here she's checking that the 'pizza' isn't too hot for her dolly charges.  The extra shows the full dress.

In other news: our government has done yet another u-turn and now masks  are to be made mandatory in secondary schools in England, but only  in communal areas like corridors  and only in areas where there is a local lockdown.  Happy days.
