Berries

It was a bright, cold morning but has now turned to persistent rain and feels very cold. I took this image of berries at the beginning of August along with other autumn fruits that were almost ripe then. Yesterday I picked up my first conker of the year. It feels that autumn is here and I am not optimistic of a late summer burst.
