Cloudscape two

Another fine display of clouds as cumulus billowed, grew and dissipated all day, fortunately no rain.

We went for a walk around Caring Lane and Otham to add another 5 miles to yesterday’s 11 miles.

Much less exciting than yesterday and not the drama of the coast either. While Susan took her mum out for a drive I went for my weekly run then came back to cook chicken biryani from the Hairy Dieters cookbook. It turned out better than I thought when I tasted it.

Made some carrot, courgette and cheese muffins which look a little soggy. We’ll see. Dried some apples and pears on the dehydrator. They’re good.
