An ordinary life....

Alan was really looking forward to seeing support worker Aillie today as he hasn't seen her since before lockdown (she's one of the Agency support workers) but we were notified yesterday that her mum and been contacted by covid track and trace as she'd been in contact with someone who has tested positive to covid-19.  As Aillie had been in her mum's company we took the decision to cancel the shift.  She totally understood and was actually relieved, although she too was sad at not seeing Alan.

So, this meant it was an Alan, mum and dad day :-))

David and Alan decided to go for a run in the car.  I was going to join them  till I discovered David was planning to check out some links golf courses in Fife, so I opted to stay home and keep Lola company instead ;-))

The afternoon actually flew by as I was absorbed in deciding which paintings to mount, then getting on with it.  I also had a lovely exchange of message with Natalie and Jim, thanking us for all their gifts.  They love the Chookie Birdies painting and she sent me a photo showing it's location on a wall in the kitchen :-))

David and Alan returned having enjoyed their little adventure.  Chilli for dinner and an evening dozing in front of the tv.
