Harvest - Night, Morning and Afternoon

Last night at 9 pm when it was dark, our neighbours were out harvesting another barley field. Like the others this year, the field looked grey and I don't think they were collecting the grain. The first extra photo shows the field this morning, with the lines of straw drying before being bailed for the winter. This afternoon they are out again (second extra photo) harvesting the remaining fields. 
This morning we went to Dunford Bridge for a walk along the Trans Pennine Trail. It has been a bright sunny day with a strong breeze. Very pleasant for walking and more gardening this afternoon. My back feels a little sore but is responding well to the increased exercise. Hopefully it will continue to improve.
