Upside Down

A relaxed day again not done to much apart from watch sport on TV . This morning was NRL and then this afternoon some challenge cup Rugby league followed by some Cricket watching England fight back and beat Australia in the 50 over 1 day match. In between the sport I took a walk in the local park to search out a blip . I decided to take my Lens ball with me. As you can see a lovely afternoon with sunshine and blue sky. Fingers crossed it last for a few days as I am off work for a few days. At the moment we  don't know what we will be doing we do have some plans but we are waiting for news on Julie's dad who is waiting for an ambulance to take him to hospital to be checked over with some bad stomach pains . He has been waiting 3 hours now already so they obviously don,t see him as an emergency .
