All OK In The End

Initial plan was to visit Morecambe and Heysham.  Matrix signs on M65 warned of 35 min delays on M6 northbound.  Change of plan - Blackpool!
Every driver who left M6 at Jct 31 thought the same! New plan - Southport!
Worked out fine.  Lovely sunny day.  A walk along the Promenade by the Marine Lake gave this lovely view.  The large red brick building was formerly a Victorian hospital built in 1853 - a Grade II listed building it has been converted into luxury apartments.
