Tour De Forest

it seems that City of London put on a smaller version of the Tour de France in Epping Forest. A bloke on an old touring bike is followed by a quad bike jeep thing as a support vehicle. And that's it. No other teams or vehicles.

Unless this chap had broken away and the rest were several minutes back.
