Sunny autumn colours

Another nice day for sitting out at lunch - bit of a chill to the wind, but nice in the sunshine.  Got to make the most of it before the weather turns (next week, apparently).  Called my Mum when I got back in, before re-starting work for the afternoon - and had a nice chat with her.  She and my sister had just ordered a demo motability car, which is being delivered on 6 October, so she was quite excited.  It's a big old Ford Grand Tourneo Connect, which she'll be able to wheel straight into in her wheelchair :)

Drafted an email to our chief exec today, in support of my colleague who is being made redundant.  Going to give it some more thought over the weekend before sending it though.

No walk today - finished work a bit late, and a bit knackered, so decided to have an easy evening in instead.
