Ray of sunshine

Despite the gloomy, damp weather, we decided on a beach walk this afternoon. Slight change of plan, as the car park we usually frequent is now 'pay & display', and neither of us had any means of payment! No matter, MrM drove us a little further north, up to Budle Bay, where we enjoyed a short circular walk. The tide was in further than we have ever seen it before, and we had to scramble over rocks at one point to avoid getting wet!
