Care package

My lovely stepdaughter Ruby sent me a care package today, she writes for health magazines and is fast becoming a leading expert in CBD products, she sent me these things today, the tea is amazing and the cream was very soothing, tomorrow I will try a patch! Card by Faelan 3.5

Another day of exercise and carefully and walking gingerly and lots of TV. Gulliver took me for my walks today which was lovely, his guitar teacher actually came round to give him a lesson today for the first time since March! He’s been having all his lessons online

I did speak to CMF radio in the afternoon to record my next show which felt good.
