Popped over to Sopley Farm for 6 Gem Squash (recommended by blipper Crispin 25 who generously gave me one. I used it for a Spicy Lentil and Squash soup last night - he’s upset I didn’t follow his recipe ‘boil in skin, cut in ½, add butter and season’ - so have promised to try this next).

Coffee on the terrace at Cotea. Had to collect prescription for Mr B, GP diagnosed viral ear infection (nothing to worry about).

He’s back home. I’m sitting on Overcliff in glorious sun and cool breeze. 16c, so very comfortable. Admiring the ships.
