Great Start to the Day.......

.....and not a bad finish (see extra).

A busy day, starting before sunrise with these lovely misty conditions and high clouds combining near Fishley Rover Bridge.

We then got ready to head off for a few days, firstly via Birmingham where I dropped off my iMac which decided to stop turning on at the weekend. 

Finally a drive for three hours and then a relaxing walk around a lake in low cloud and mizzle.  It was wonderful to enjoy the walk, we had the right clothing and the conditions were very atmospheric.  Just a pity about the midges gnats!
