Ambitious chrysanthemum

This caught my eye today. The recent rain and warmer temperatures have resulted in a lot of new growth in our garden. The chrysanthemum has produced this long tall leaf which looks like it's reaching for the sky. What caught my eye was the contrast between it and the photinia leaves which are now turning to bronze.

UPDATE: I have just been corrected via a note from Sue, our lovely gardener who helps us out from time to time. It is not a chrysanthemum. It is an Argyranthemum or Marguerite Daisy. So there you go.
