The Darker Mornings

Today is forecast to be a day of rain. Light but persistent. A Grey Day. A Dull Day. A day for having the lights on.

That is essentially what today’s Blipfoto shows.

It is a day for working indoors.

I took today’s Blipfoto on my way to the kitchen/diner/studio to enjoy my first coffee and to read some more of a very fine novel.

"Ordinary Grace" by William Kent Kruger. Published in 2013, I had heard a Scottish author being very complimentary about it. 

Sufficiently so that I ordered a copy of the book. It is an excellent read about a kinder gentler America set in the 50s.

Quite a refreshing change.
