Getting Ready!

For the first time in 7 months, I am getting ready for work! My last trip was on March 3rd. I was shocked when we were told that We wouldn’t be working in April. I could never have dreamt that that would stretch to 6 months.

While I’m happy to be going back to work - a semblance of ‘normality’ - it’s hardly normal. Thousands of my Flight Attendant colleagues are losing their jobs on October 1st. Many in other departments have already gone. We used to have 18 flights a day from London to various cities in the US - now we have just 4. I am very thankful for my job and don’t take it for granted!
