Remoska Brownies

I am still trying out things in my new Remoska Oven (see blips from 24 Sep & 25 Sep). I decided to try brownies today. I made them in two batches. The first ones were perfect. The second batch got too dark on top - maybe because the oven was warmer from already doing the first batch. But it was easy to disguise the dark bits by a generous sprinkling of powdered sugar - and they were still very tasty! Just perfect for afternoon tea in the garden. I’ll definitely be trying more baking and desserts in the oven!

I’ve been busy packing and reading memos and going through checklists. I can’t believe I’m actually going to work tomorrow!
