Chocolate and ginger muffins.

On this hardly daylight, very wet and windy Saturday morning, here are the remainder of the muffins that Stephen made yesterday. Six of them despatched yesterday afternoon by car to our friends, The smell was gorgeous when I took them out of the cake box to take the photo just now.
Two more eaten, one by me. 
    I had a message last night from them saying they were safely taken indoors from the shelter of the bush by the front door. 
Time for a cuppa, and the muffins have been put back into their plastic box. Too tempting to leave them out on the side!  
If you are reading this Marlene, I am sorry for the temptation!
