Clasped Hands

A drive this morning after my second Covid test, brought us to La Corbierre lighthouse at the most south westerly point of Jersey....extra. This intriguing memorial is placed on the side of the path leading to the lighthouse, commemorating the rescue 307 passengers and crew on 17th April 1995 when a catamaran struck a rock...all lives were saved.
Wind and rain finally caught up with us this afternoon, when we had planned to visit Jersey Zoo with a friend....the visit was substituted by coffee and biscuits at home....
