Furlough Day 173, 04.10.20

Another very wet day.  Church followed by Zoom meeting.

I have spent much of this weekend praying for some friends and their 4 year old daughter Addy who has been diagnosed this week with Battens Disease which is a very rare disease.  She will shortly undergo brain surgery.....  It is a crippling disease and the prognosis is not good.

The last time I saw her parents was at their wedding some years ago, but we've kept in touch on FB etc...

I am trying to see what I could put together to send them.
