And again ...

More reflections from Aros park.  A no energy day so after the dog walk I watched the film Wild Rose which was really enjoyable.  But in the evening perked up a bit with a zoom dinner with R and H.

It has been a funny week, on Thursday we heard that H had a positive Covid result, probably picked up from his work in a bar. R's test results came back negative.  I asked them both if they were okay for me to mention it here and they were.  I've been cautious because if they were here I wouldn't say anything.  There has been some awful fb abusive shaming of someone who just went for a test (which was negative).  Appalling behaviour which has the potential for increasing the spread of the virus due to people feeling too worried to get tested.

It's obviously been a worry for us but feel a lot better for being able to see them both, looking bright and cheerful .  Sharing a zoom dinner was perhaps a little insensitive considering H cannot taste or smell anything!  Now it is just a waiting game to see how it goes for H and if R develops any symptoms.

Other news - well the Westminster/Serco team have done it again - 12,872 and 22,961 positive test results reported very late on Saturday and Sunday respectively, allegedly due to a 'computer error' resulting in not showing higher figures in the last 10 days.  But more serious is the fact that contact tracing for all those people hadn't been done during that time.
