THURSDAY

Spent most of the day behind the computer.

Cooked a Quorn madras with squash and onions.

Alan in the Apple van brought the weekly shopping including the Christmas cake ingredients and took back 47 used bags.

Just scraped in around 9,000 steps on an otherwise lazy day.
