We are at the start of our Thanksgiving weekend. I can hope it will be a quiet one, if not a drizzly one. 

I have sewing/quilting projects to work on. I could make a pumpkin pie if I felt so inclined. There are no plans for a turkey or a ham. There's just the two of us, so meals will be light. I'd really like a big pot of potatoe and leek soup. It's that kind of a fall day.
